There is no bottled water in the rooms ?? The hot water was Luke warm
But my biggest problem the parking gate arm came down on my car .

The hotel’s location was good and the staff were nice but sadly the room I stayed in had bedbugs. I have 30 bites. For your own safety don’t stay in room 257. They may be in other rooms but they are for sure in 257. I gave a good rating for staff because they were accommodating but I could not let the bug situation slide for the safety of others.

We missed our Flight to Hawaii (very disappointed), so booked room & Front desk clerk was kind enough to let us in to room early, as I as a cripple and we left for airport at 6:30 am.
