"This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me."

"My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep. Communication with the owners was excellent and my colleague arrived at 11.30pm and was met and promptly let into the apartment. Great service! "My sincere thank you to Marissa for her amazing commitment to customer service. Due to an imminent Air Canada flight attendant strike in Canada, we were unable to use our original non-refundable hotel reservation date at Novotel and had to rebook with new dates, in effect having to pay twice. I contacted my original booking agent, Hotel.ca, numerous times not to get a refund, because we knew it was not possible, but rather a modification of our dates given the extenuating circumstances but there was no relief. Upon our arrival at Novotel, I spoke with Marissa who immediately helped us. She contacted the booking agent directly to facilitate the modification of dates on her end and approve the special waiver. Marissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it happen. Once again, thank you Marissa for your compassion."

"Because of the age of the building there was no air conditioning. And only a tiny fan in the round. 10” I found it was just to unbearable to sleep. Warm day and room above the kitchen. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. "
