"Disappointed no coffee pot in room, tho available on request. Breakfast was lacking in flavor of food. Eggs were water-soaked, odd sausage. Staff super friendly and offered complementary waters upon arrival. Cleaning tasks need attention."

"We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to serious safety and service concerns. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room and our key cards worked without issue. However, in the middle of the night, a stranger entered our room and quickly left. This was extremely alarming, especially since we were traveling with a child. No guest should ever have to experience something like this. The following morning, our key cards suddenly stopped working. When we went to the front desk, we were told that they had accidentally given us the wrong room from the start. This means another guest was also given access to the same room, which explains the intrusion. This is a major security failure. In addition to this, the room above us was excessively loud, with constant stomping and noise late into the night, making it impossible to rest. We attempted multiple times to have a manager contact us about these issues, but despite three requests, we never received a call back. The lack of response and accountability only made the situation worse. We did not feel safe during our stay, and the hotel has refused to issue any refund despite the severity of these issues. Overall, this was an unacceptable and unsettling experience. Safety, basic customer service, and accountability were all lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families."

"I doubt you could find a better bang for your buck in this area. As a business traveler, I often stay in the Jasper area. As long as SureStay maintains their current excellence, especially at their constant competitive prices, I will choose only SureStay Jasper. Clean, wonderful staff, and convenient. During my most recent stay, I left two boxes of sample product, which were intended for a customer. The front desk called immediately, and the problem was solved. Lovely!!!"

"Parking was good, and secure. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. No breakfast included. Indoor pool was open, and clean. "

"This hotel was old and outdated! Not clean!! Something was spilled on the bathroom wall and just left there. The rooms need major updates. Just not clean!!! I was so disappointed in the quality of this room for the expensive price that we paid. These rooms shouldn’t even be $100 per night! Definitely won’t be back!! Only good thing about this room is the bed was comfortable."

"Requested a non smoking room and got a room that had been smoked in probably the day before. Smelled horrible. There was hair on both beds under the sheets. Tub dripped water all night. "

"Should have turned around right from the beginning. Terrible property all around. Old toilets, mattresses, mini fridges, and overall junk all over the place. Woke up to roaches on the headboard, then started seeing them all over the place. Simply disgusting! Went to front desk and the man never even apologized, but questioned me on why I waited until 7 am to say something! We were shaking off every item of clothing to make sure we dosing bring any bugs back with us! "
