"Less than average "

"The room was pretty out-of-date and showed lots of wear-and-tear, but the beds were extremely comfy! The hotel is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls and made walking to breweries and restaurants super easy. Super small parking lot but received a voucher to park next door, which was super easy and convenient. Overall not a bad place to stay on a budget."

"We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. Ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa like normal with a ton of blankets instead. Again, this wasn’t a make or break thing, just book an extra room if you more than 2 people."

"Method of making up the bed sheets was awkward, but otherwise clean. Room was comfortable "

"Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy. Room was really nice with large windows. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. My only complaint was that the sheets and towels have a strong smell and there was blood or something staining the comforter right at the head of the bed. Other than that it was great. "

"Rachel was amazing kind, hospitable, resourceful and demonstrated willingness to help, and a high attention to detail. She should be a leader, and I witnessed her rapport with the staff, as well as patrons."
