"when i checked into hotel i was given room on first floor - when i asked for a higher level i was told the air conditioning was broken and i should stay on first floor bc it would be cooler. i was also told they were in process of fixng the air but i was not fixed and the room was warm and stuffy. I wanted to go to gym in the morning but found out there was no gym even though the website said 24/7 fitness center and included photos. I was told the website had not been updated. THe hotel restaurant also is closed monday and tuesday so no breakfast available. "
