"The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. I actually stayed here two times the same week. I was there for one night for an event the next day, then came back a couple days later for a weekend event. The first night I was there, there were the loudest stompers and talkers above my head. I had to call the front desk twice (once at 11:00pm and once at 1:00am). The second time they physically went up to the room to tell them they had to quiet down, and I was FINALLY able to sleep. When I came back for the weekend, I opted for a second floor room despite the stairs just to avoid having another stomper above my head. It’s an older hotel, so the walls (and floors) just aren’t that soundproof. That said, it’s a nice hotel. If you’re traveling with a dog, they have a nice green space behind the hotel for them to go potty. Breakfast was good with good coffee. I enjoyed my stay here, all things considered."
"Clean & comfortable all around. Very good value for the nightly rate. A very good breakfast is provided. A/C worked very well. Also there's a really great restaurant across the street."
"The pool was closed down and the hot tub is no large used. When we went to the room the toilet was very wobbly and the ac unit made loud noise when running"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon-Hermitage by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Best hotel! Always meticulously clean, amazing staff, property feels loved and well taken care-of, above and beyond, and their buffet and special treats throughout the week are over the top!❤️"
"DO NOT BOOK ! They add fees when u get there and refused to give me the room I booked! Fored me to stay in a king size room when I booked double queens. Safe to say it was the most uncomfortable sleep EVER !"
"Wallpaper torn in bathroom by toilet paper roll. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. Reading lights had wires sticking out with no light attached. Bathroom door was unsightly dirty"
"This place is awful. It is not maintained and smells in the hall way. The striker plate was missing from the door lock of our room making not secure. I went from my car straight to the shower when I got home. Don’t stay here"
