"Great location near restaurants/bakeries/shops. The room was really good size for 2 adults and a toddler. TV mirroring from phone/iPad was very good addition. Nice bathroom with good shower (take own hair dryer if have thick/long hair/toddler as not very powerful and attached to wall). Comfortable beds. Small park located not too far away (can see it on google maps near the karaoke bar). Friendly staff."

"Room was well air conditioned, very clean, good size. Check-in process was a painful experience though. We were sent a code to use to check-in. When we arrived there were 2 door pads but no instructions on which door pad to use. We tried both with multiple attempts but neither worked. We eventually called them as there is no front door concierge and they told us to use the code that was sent to us. We tried again multiple times (with the lady on the phone) but it still did not work. She eventually had to manually open the door for us. The code worked for the door directly to the apartment though. It was a disappointing experience and we feel lucky that it happened during the day time instead of middle of the night."

"Nice location and well maintained property. Great having laundry and a luggage storage room. My biggest issue was the nickel and diming. They can’t decide if they want to be a hotel or a vacation rental, and the blend is annoying, with a needed emphasis on hospitality. We had 4 adults for 5 days, and they didn’t supply enough toilet paper. When we asked for more, they said we had to pay. Our shower leaked heavily and the bathroom was super wet and slippery because the door doesn’t seal properly, and they questioned us asking for more towels and again suggested charging us. They look for every opportunity to upcharge you. I did find Ali to be very nice and accommodating, and he was great when my friend got really sick. Location is great and we loved the layout and the balcony/view."

"Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries."

"Great location, very nice hotel with a very lively vibe. Always something going on and ppl hanging out at the restaurant, bar, courtyard or pool. Room was small but well appointed. Shower/ hot water and AC both worked great. Only complaints are: a fire alarm went off literally at 3:00 am and awakened us from a sound sleep; and We requested ice from the front desk and it never came."
