"staff was great"

"Staff was great"

"Great staff, breakfast and amazing location, right in the center of the city."

"The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean."

"My sisters, cousins and I stayed here in August 2026 for a girls trip and had a wonderful experience. A huge highlight was the breakfast buffet which was fresh and had plenty of options. The location is perfect a few minutes from Downtown and surrounded by good local restaurants."

"Love their courtyard!"

"Very clean and overall pleasant. Communication was tough with our minimal Spanish, and staff’s even more minimal English. Close to the centre without being too close as Oaxaca can be quite noisy."

"The room was amazing. The staff was super helpful. We will stay there again. "

"Perfect easy place to stay at with a car and closish to major areas."

"Everything was nice and clean Loved the property"

"The place is very clean great location close to the airport 🛫 very comfortable 👌"

"The most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed up. There’s no reason to leave the resort. Everything you need is here. Very clean, the food is good, I loved the pool pools, the gym and the exercise room! And the actual hotel room was just amazing. The staff was also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend."

"Great value, friendly staff, convenient location"

"From the check in to the breakfast. staff was very attentive to all our needs from tours to the hotel amenities"

"It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. "
