"This hotel is in walking distance to the Mercado and lots of restaurants! You can easily also find food stands plus lots of stores. The staff is great really friendly! And super helpful I extended my stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues!"

"Hotel was VERY clean. Loved the charm and colors! Price and location was great, easy access to Centro and easy access to taxis. Only downside was the bathroom was very hot and because of the vent on the door the smell of the bathroom would fill the room. Other than that everything was good and would definitely recommend it! One suggestion: it would be helpful if breakfast started before 8:00 am, especially for guests with early tours or travel plans."

"This hotel is a paradise few minutes away from busy Oaxaca Center. We had the best of both worlds. It is an old hotel (well maintained) therefore, rooms are VERY quiet and spacious with a wide view of the city and mountains. The gardens are gorgeous. All members of the staff were friendly and making sure everything was perfect during our stay. The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet. Delicious. We did not look for other options. The hotel has taxi service and a also an evening shuttle to the downtown area. We drove. It was a 5 mins or less drive to the downtown area. We are hoping to go back soon. "
