Outstanding rapid check-in process. Extremely friendly and professional staff, perfectly bilingual. Carried my luggage to the room. And no way shape or form look for a tip, even as I gave him one. He refused, but I insisted.

Im so happy with the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. Very safe and quite. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Absolutely loved it !! Please stay affordable and clean.

We booked this hotel strictly for its proximity to the airport in Oaxaca. Flight from Mizunte arrived at 10:00am and our United flight to Denver left at 7:00am the next morning. We needed to be at the airport at 5:00am. We were very pleased with the hotel. Accommodations were clean and nice. The staff was consistently friendly and professional. They let us check in and leave our bags early and we spent the day walking around Oaxaca City. Took good showers, slept some, and the staff had arranged for a taxi at 5:00. Smooth stay. I suggest that you book directly with the hotel. I was charged more than the rack rate by Orbitz.

Everything was great, the stuff was very helpful and very professional. The location is great very near to the international Airport and they do have a private parking lot.

Wifi was broken for my entire stay. They claimed to be working on it but nothing ever happened. I asked about it multiple times. Very nice and spacious rooms. 5min drive or 20min walk to OAX.

There was a lot of dogs behind the hotel my view was dog waste. But maria inez is close to airport 👍

This hotel was wonderful. The room, the staff, it felt safe. I loved everything about it except the dog academy next door. The dogs bark constantly and when I looked out the window I could see them tied up. It was very sad and disturbing to see. Everything was great. I don’t know if I would stay there again because of the poor animals next door.

Maria Ines turned out to be the perfect way to wrap up our 2 weeks in Oaxaca! The property is attractive, rooms are large and well furnished, the on-property eating options were excellent, and the spa on site was a bonus. Being close to the airport, but not effected by planes taking off or landing, was very important.

Close to airport, quiet night, good sushi!
At check in, the front desk man was very friendly and helpful, despite my limited Spanish. He arranged a taxi for our pick up very early the next day. I will definitely recommend staying here if you need to be closer to the airport for a flight. Hot shower felt great and the bed was comfortable. Also, the Japanese restaurant sushi and tempura were great! And portions were filling!

Great hotel close to the airport. We stayed our final night before a 7am flight. Taxis ordered from the front desk tended to be expensive but the one we ordered for 5am was there on time. All in all we would stay there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It lacked some of the usual features in the room and especially in the bathroom, but it was clean, it had a helpful staff, the bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively quiet. There was some sound transference between the floors because the floors were tile with no carpeting.

This hotel is quiet and comfortable with two good restaurants and a snack shop attached. Its easy access to the airport made it the perfect place to stay at the end of our trip. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room spacious, spotless, comfortable.

The staff was warm & efficient. The receptionist came to the room to help with the television. It was quite noisy - some truck noise during the night and some apparently a problem of noise echoing in the hallways.

Great stay
Staff was friendly room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the comfiest out of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Oaxaca. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
