All staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior of building needs some attention: some patching and paint and some new windows would improve curb appeal. Excellent location and harbour views.

Our twin room was quite small, but,clean and adequate. The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The patio overlooks the harbour and is lovely to watch the sunsetting. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I will certainly return.

Well located property with friendly supportive staff. When the listing states 'on-site parking' it should go on to state - for up to 5 vehicles. That said, the marina car park over the road is free 1800-0900 so public parking is not a major inconvenience.

Superb hotel with great front of house staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. Meal choices and food quality was fantastic; Andy and Precious were brilliant and very friendly staff members. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we entered hotel we loved the decor. Reception was lovely and welcoming Room was very modern and the large bed was so comfortable, room was bright and plenty space,great shower and tea coffee snack highly recommended

Great location. A bit tired and questionable decor (orange, gold and purple?) but comfortable enough. Bar shut at 9pm on Saturday night (!) and breakfast average. I wouldn’t avoid it though. Right on the water and everything is nearby.
