Reasonably priced single room with great view over the harbour. Bedding was clean and crisp and room of a good size. Bathroom very clean and adequate. Slightly squeaky floorboards and sound from room next door but to be expected in a hotel of this age. Comfortable lounge to have a drink in the evening and look at the water.

Worse room I have ever had for the price. Had to call the manager to see how dirty it was. Room was not available at check in and for three quarters of an hour. Heard other guests complaining, too.

The property was a bit dated. We were in room 207. The floor has an incline in it, which wasn’t the best. You would get out of bed and feel like you have had to much to drink. I do have a video of it but it won’t let me post it

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The Hotel itself is looking very 'tired' and in need of a makeover. The skirting board in our room was dusty, the curtain lining was badly torn and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. The (black) shower grouting hid the fact that there was black mould between the tiles. The window bay had visible rain damage that had been patched up but was left in an unsightly state.

The view from our room was fantastic the room was very spacious, food was delicious and very large portions Staff are so friendly ,hotel needs a little updating but is fine,the bar and dinning area have an amazing view ,would definitely go back .
