"Staff are so lovely and welcoming, they made the stay so worth it. They made the effort to welcome and converse with us every time they saw us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early which saved us so much time so we are so grateful for this. There is a free coffee machine that you can help yourself to, it even has hot chocolate and English tea, it was so delicious. The room was so clean, there were no flaws in terms of cleanliness. The bedding and towels were clean and had no stains. The beds were tidied everyday and the bathroom was cleaned too. We booked a double room, it is as small as it looks in the pictures. The room has a kettle and a tv. An iron is available upon request. It would be better if there was a small fridge. If you’re on a girls trip this room won’t be ideal for you as there wasn’t much space for us to store our belongings and to get ready. The hotel is located a short walk from the train and bus station. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would recommend this hotel. "

" The hotel is overall okay for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are a bit outdated and could be cleaner – there was some dust, and the bathroom door paint is peeling. The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy. Especially in the afternoons when tour buses arrive, it becomes quite loud and sometimes continues into the night, which affects the overall calm atmosphere. On the positive side, the parking is a big advantage – it’s included, located directly in front of the rooms, and monitored by cameras, which makes it feel safe. The hotel is also located in a quiet, forest-like area, which is nice. There are shops and a city center nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can easily order food like pizza. We didn’t end up taking the train to Amsterdam because getting to the station requires a bus and the total cost for multiple people becomes quite expensive. Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I recomend"

"Nice and clean. Reception staff very helpful. Not a lot around the hotel but just 2 stops on the metro to Amsterdam Central station so not an issue. "

"We reached hotel around 10.30 pm. Lighting of the room was too dark and very few cabinets luckily we stayed only 3 nights so don’t have much clothes. Restaurant is same poor lighting. You don’t know what’s on yr plate . Don’t know whether the plates or anything clean or not. Breakfast was basic and every day same and cold. Bathroom in the room was quite spacious and clean. WiFi was fast. Ferry close to the hotel which takes you to the city or central station…"

"Tiny room with a massive shower. Very comfortable bed and the room was both modern and clean. Extremely small space (you climb onto the bed from the bottom only and there is enough space for the door tomorrow and you need to move around it to enter) so more recommended for solo travellers. Location not central but easy enough to get to central within 30min walking and using ferry. "
