"The blanket and pillow on the bed smelled like urine, by the time we noticed it was late at night so we took the blankets off. There was a lot of hair on the bed as well. "

"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"Nice quiet village to stay in. Most everything we needed was there, just missing a few things in the kitchen but we managed without. No printed house rules or instructions that we could find. Luckily we've lived in Germany the past 10 years (we're Americans) so we know what to expect for trash, quiet hours, etc."
