"Lovely stay in this cosy hotel. The pool and breakfast in neighboring spa/hotel was also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated and it would be wonderful if the room came with AC or at least a fan. It can get quite hot in the summer. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel."

"Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, wurden aber genauso Herzlich empfangen. Unser 3-Bett-Zimmer im 2.Stock war richtig schön und gemütlich. Die Matratzen waren richtig hochwertig und die Bettwäsche, omg ich liebe Bettwäsche! Alles war sauber und ordentlich, gibt nix zu meckern. Das Frühstücksbuffet für 15,- pro Person war qualitativ richtig gut. Die besonderen Tassen und Teller haben das Frühstück heimelig gemacht. Der Kaffee haut richtig rein am Morgen :D War alles supi <3"

"Gebucht für eine Nacht an einem Wochenende um ein Langlauf zu machen. Angedacht war ein Komfort-Apartment, wobei ich den Zusatz KOMFORT komplett vermisst habe. Spartanisch, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher einfach trifft es korrekt. Hervorragendes Frühstück sollte man allerdings positiv erwähnen!"

"Die „Villa“ liegt auf dem Grundstück des Konsum Hotels. Man ist gezwungen je Nacht 18€ Parkgebühren zu entrichten, da es in Oberhof Folklore ist jedes Grundstück abzusperren. Freie Parkplätze gibt es daher nicht. Das Zimmer war ok. In der 2. Nacht war allerdings kein Strom da. Ab 20 Uhr gibt es kein Personal mehr auf der Anlage. Also musste der Schein des Fernsehers reichen. Der ging noch. "

"Das Personal im Restaurant und Servicebereich war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Dame am Empfang beim aus und einchecken war bei weitem nicht auf diesem guten Niveau. Alles in allem stimmte Preis/Leistung. Was die Hygiene betraf, eine kritische Anmerkung: nie sah ich in einem Hotel einen mit solch großen Flecken übersäten Teppich."
