Sehr sauber und organisiert, für alle die es am Abend ruhig lieben! Leider gibt es ein unmittelbarer Umgeben kein Restaurant, nur Lieder Dienste. Frühstück gut, Getränkte Automaten sind vorhanden. Die Rezeption ist ur bis 20:00 besetzt, nach findet man seine Schlüssel Karte in einem knur bis 20:00

Ich konnte die Reise nicht antreten, da ich in der Nacht schlimm erkrankt bin. Meine Frau hat morgens ganz früh das Hotel kontaktiert, wollte den Aufenthalt stornieren, damit das Zimmer schnell weiter vermittelt werden konnte. Das Hotel hat sich auf eine Stornierung nicht eingelassen und sofort den Betrag eingezogen. Ich verreise sehr oft und weiß, dass man in guten Hotels auf Kulanz hoffen kann. Hier war dies leider nicht der Fall. Aufgrund dieser Situation und der Unfreundlichkeit kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Unsere Firma hat öfters in dieser Gegend zu tun, nun wurden unsere 42 Monteure dazu angewiesen, in diesem Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.

Schön und Sauber aber heiß

Leider ist es sehr heiß und keine klima. Fenster geht nur vedingt auf da ein Bach und eine Pferdekoppel danaben ist und sehr viele Gelsen( Moskitos) vorhanden sind.

Zweckbau mit schöner Ausstattung und freundlichem

Wir konnten schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. War sehr hilfreich, da wir unabhängig wandern wollten. Leider etwas abseits von der Innenstadt. Service sehr gut. Corona Regeln bestens erfüllt. Sehr schöne Innenausstattung, Heizung lief. Schönes Eckzimmer mit Ausblick und Balkon.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht ganz fertig und es gibt noch einige Mängel (Loser Handtuchhalter, keine Abdeckung der Rohre für die Heizung im Badezimmer (einfach Loch in der Wand),... Beim Frühstück abgepackte Ware, was den Preis des Frühstücks nicht rechtfertigt.

Diese Unterkunft ist neu aber nicht fertig. Am Samstag und Sonntag wurde gebohrt und geklopft, ab 8 h morgens; zwar mit großen Pausen zwischen den "Handwerksaktionen", aber das ist trotzdem ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig... Die Rezeption ist nur zw. 7h und 11h und 16h und 20h besetzt; will man früher einchecken als 16 h, muss man das telefonisch anmelden und es kostet 20 EUR extra. Hunde sind willkommen, aber nur, nach vorheriger Absprache, was aber über EXPEDIA nicht ausgewiesen wird. Meldet man sie nicht vorher an, bekommt man ein merkwürdiges Gespräch "reingedrückt". Es gibt super nettes Personal, aber auch weniger nettes. Im Zimmer selbst sind die Betten sehr gut und bequem und die Dusche ist perfekt – immer heißes Wasser mit kräftigem Strahl. Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande eines Industriegebietes und man sieht, dass der Architektur (auch außen) schöne Ideen zugrunde liegen, aber teilweise verrotten auch noch nicht fertig gestellte Bereiche schon wieder. Insgesamt hat das Hotel ein gutes Potential als Businesshotel, aber die Betreiber müssen schnell in die Pötte kommen mit der Fertigstellung und dem Service.
