"Kühle Wohnung am Freitag, kalt am Samstag und Sonntag Vormittag. Kaltes Wasser zum duschen am Samstag und höchstens „handwarm“ am Sonntag morgen."

"Zimmer und Bad waren sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Küchenutensilien waren alle vorhanden. Der See ist zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, ein Spar ebenso. Sehr ruhige Lage. Der Preis ist höherklassig, aber die Qualität ist dementsprechend."

"A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity. The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."

"The one-bedroom apartment exceeded our expections. A very well-managed and maintained property by the owner who was helpful and attentive. An easy walking distance to Schwarszee lake. To town center of Kitzbuhel, it was a pleasant 20min walk or 5 mins by car. Will not hesitate to stay if we come again. Thank you!"
