"The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making checking in and out very straightforward. A security desk in the lobby is manned 24 hours, as is reception. That area is well lit, with comfortable seating. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade but we'd travelled with a group of friends and all 3 rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. Tea and coffee were provided too but unfortunately it seems milk isn't routinely, which was a disappointment, but by no means a significant issue. The bed was clean and very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe and hanging space and the shower room was lovely. The rooms were quiet too, even though the hotel is in a perfect location to get around in the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again."
