"I was running late due to a delayed train and I spoke to reception to explain I may not be there before reception closed. The very kind receptionist who spoke perfect English arranged to put the keys in a coded box for me on the outside of the property and then sent me the details of how to access the key. This was great service and a relief to me that I would not be locked out. In the event I made it to the hotel a few minutes before she left. The room itself was very bright and clean, great value for the price, especially with breakfast included. About 15 minutes walk from the railway station. I would stay again. Nice food in the place over the road (Kozel chain pub restaurant)."
