The staff enter my room without my permission and stole my belongings. I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and all. Come to find out the door doesn't shut all the way so one of the housekeeping staff took my belongings. I had to also switch rooms because the air and sliding door didn't work.

It was what you would expect for the price. The room was nice but the bathrooms need updating. The pool area could use a little TLC. Staff super friendly and pleasant. Property was quiet and easy to access.

I was surprised to see the condition of the rooms considering the price of the hotel. I had to change rooms because my original room was so musty and smelly. It felt like being in a cheap motel room. The carpet was old and looked dirty.

I was booked on the 2nd floor but the elevator was out of order. So I had to walk up the stairs. Very inconvenient especially when the clerk booked my room and told me it was near it. Nothing was complimentary to eat or drink which I found inconvenient as well.

Nothing to brag about

The hotel has a old smell to it. The place was dusty as my Allergies started to flare, especially in the lobby. The TV needs updating,it is very old, I was not able to hook up my Netflix. The bed is really comfortable, pool area is nice.
