Staying at the Dunes Suites was a wonderful experience. Staff were (very) friendly and helpful. I stayed in a large well kept ocean front room. Easy access to the beach and adjacent boardwalk. This was my first stay in this hotel. And……it will not be my last!

Ocean view of the suite was great and price was affordable since it was off-season. No tourists when we went in April so it was quiet and peaceful.

This is on the Beach at the start of the Boardwalk. Our room never got cleaned the entire time we were there which was disappointing. They showed up after 1 in the afternoon?! Nice kitchenette but with all the food options available, there's no need to bring any food. I will come here again. It was really beautiful to have a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up while sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll onto the beach.

Our housekeeping staff is here from 8:30am-5pm, in the future if you would like the room cleaned prior to 1pm or a set time please call our front desk and we can accommodate you. Otherwise, the housekeeping staff will do the service sometime throughout that time frame as those are the hours they are on property. I hope this helps and thank you for staying with us!

We love staying at the dunes. The prices ares reasonable. The amenities are pretty standard, but they offer all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The oceanfront view is amazing!! And it's right next to the end of the boardwalk. This is our favorite go to for weekend getaways.

Check in was a breeze, because we already had booked and paid with Expedia I only needed to provide my vehicle information, and a debit or credit card for incidentals but there was no hold placed on my card. Even though it was off season, and hotel was under staffed the room was very clean and available early. The garden view balcony was perfect and opened up right into the beach. Would definitely stay again. We were very pleasantly surprised.
