The female at check in was not welcoming. She did not even smile. Room was great. Pillows were very comfortable, room was very clean and well designed. We loved the breakfast with so many choices. Hardworking staff at breakfast. The front desk female who was on duty when we checked out on Sunday was so pleasant and personable. She should be promoted.
