Property was well appointed with every facility you could think of. The whole place looked new and was very clean. It was tastefully decorated and all facilities worked well. Situated on the edge of the main city strip made everything accessible, yet the apartment was very peaceful. Large bathroom and shower (inc. large shower rose) The log fire was amazing! Last but not least, the host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, Thank You So Much :) I cannot complain in any way A truly wonderful place to stay and look forward to staying again soon.

Nice but some issues

We arrived quite late and had to depart fairly early so we didn't have a chance to report our issues to the management: there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about this property - including when we pulled the bedclothes back and they scurried across the sheets. Both bedrooms were open to a loft below which meant that neither room had any true privacy; somehow we were not aware of this or we wouldn't have booked it. My friend gave me the room with a queen bed but slept on the sofa downstairs as we both found the twin beds only suitable for children; not comfortable for an adult. The car park is difficult to navigate when more than one SUV is already parked there. We were very happy with the communication from the management pre-arrival and regret not having been able to communicate to them our comments above to them directly but we were on an extremely long and hurried trip.

Disappointingly a lack of heating meant we didn’t use the downstairs areas, lounge/living, kitchen etc. A great space but 1 small reverse cycle couldn’t warm the whole apartment and I imagine that the top level would be very warm in summer.
