"I had a long travel across the United States to California. The night I stayed there which was the 10th I checked in at that night. The guy next-door sounded like he was murdering his wife. I called the front desk. The guy said what the xxxx you want me to do about it. You said you’re the property manager here, Please take care of it because what do you want me to call the cops. He said (the property manager) I’m not gonna call the cops. So I reluctantly made the phone call that he wouldn’t. I did his job that he wouldn’t do. That’s just the first thing the next day I came there I found a rat poop on the bed and floor. I wasn’t gonna say anything till I traveled back home which I’m at the airport now so I thought I would shoot this to you and I will be calling you this week after I return home and grab a couple days of restful peace. I have pictures and the police report. I was without vehicle so I could not travel to a different hotel hotel to take the remainder of the stay somewhere else! Nor did I have the funds to do so. I’m retired on a limited income. So I was stuck there!! I called your office today made a formal complaint. I’ve tried to send this thing about four times using the language that the manager used on property and it would not let me submit it so I had to redo the whole thing without using his language. So thankful I didn’t have my family with me that I traveled solo. How embarrassing would that have been?"

"Everything was great! Clean rooms, great breakfast, easy parking, and a 24 hour espresso machine! Would definitely stay again. "

"My husband and I had a good experience here. We stayed for three nights mid-week. We booked a "junior suite" which had a king bed and sofa bed. It was a good fit for us as it provided more homey-feeling and we could spread out more. our bed was very comfortable and the A/C controls were easy to use and responsive. We loved the blackout curtain, as we did sleep late one of the days. The breakfast was pretty good and plentiful; we especially liked the delicious sausage and waffles. There is a very comfortable lobby area with a great variety of snacks, drinks, ice cream, and sundries for sale. Beautiful pool and hot tub.This hotel is older and is a little worn around the edges, and the one elevator is a bit slow. But for the very reasonable price we paid, we were very happy overall. "

"Room wasn’t bad…clean and refreshed every night. Staff at front desk wasn’t very inviting or welcoming. Very little to no breakfast bar. However, they did send an email about this after we reserved. Once we checked in, we were told that we had to pay a $200 refundable cash deposit for a multi-night stay, which made no sense to us. They mentioned that the website said something about it, but we reserved through Expedia and received no information about that. They wouldn’t let us check in without paying cash. It was just really strange. Overall, the stay was good, location was great and we could walk pretty much anywhere. We were just underwhelmed by the amenities and staff at the front desk, along with the $200 strange deposit."
