"The 2 elevators were very slow. We spent a lot of time waiting for an elevator. There was a faint oder of sewer in the shower. Unsupervised middle-schoolers were playing outside the lobby blocking the driveway. Housecleaning forgot to give us paper coffee cups and neglected to clean the glasses."

"Right off a busy street, room was ok, dated but clean. No breakfast. Noticed a ceiling tile in the first floor hallway that looked like it had black mold on it. Room was big enough but walls were thin and could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. "

"The pictures online is not what it looks like they are nice and clean the outlets are falling out of the wall the blow dryer in bathroom was smoking there is no cabana on the deck they place is numb central the black dude got all pissed off cause we needed towels they serve no breakfast u can't get nothing from 1930 through 0730 from office our reservation was for a 1 bedroom suite with 3 beds we got 3 beds but no bedroom the bathroom ceiling was caving in "
