ON THE OTHER HAND THE MORNING MANAGER IS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A SIMPLE REQUEST TO GIVE US CREDIT SINCE WE DID NOT STAY OUR FULL STAY DUE TO OTHER EVENTS. HIS WORKS WERE YOU BOOKED YOUR ROOM FROM A THIRD PARTY AND NOTHING I CAN DO TO GIVE YOU CREDIT OR REFUND. HIS ATTIDU SHOULD HAD BEEN LET ME FIND OUT WITH THE THIRD PARTY YOU BOOKED YOUR STAY. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAD RATED THIS HOTEL 10 OUT OF 10 JC"

"It was a nice hotel! There was no outside lighting the two nights we stayed, the best western sign was not lit or the parking lot. The coffee in the room was not good. Breakfast was excellent, clean and very well stocked."
