"Visit to New Orleans to celebrate our anniversary was excellent. Homewood Suites staff were helpful from the moment we arrived and were always friendly and responsive to our questions. The property was in great shape and very convenient to the French Quarter and to transportation to the other areas of NOLA. Everything was very walkable, clean and convenient. Breakfast was very good. My only suggestion would be for a little more variety. After the 3rd day we were both ready for a little change in breakfast food. I should also mention that the concierge was extremely helpful in helping us plan our activities and getting discounts on tours for us. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had to be move 3 times. The sink was stopped up, toilet would not flush, the pool was green, no tissue paper in room and house keeping didn’t clean the room. Breakfast was only cold boil eggs and oatmeal. I do not recommend this hotel. "
