"We only stayed here one night, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We loved this lodge! It was very clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. The pool area was beautiful! You can walk out back and fish from the dock. You can also rent kayaks, boats, and jet skis! There is lots of seating outside too; cute swinging benches and a fire pit. We booked a king room with a lakeside view but when I got the receipt upon check-in, it said “street view” and they explained that with Expedia, the room you book isn’t always guaranteed, which I thought was unfair, but the hotel employee was able to fix it for us and we got the best room in the lodge I think! Room 333 right on the end. There aren’t a LOT of restaurants close; there’s an Italian place next door but it looked pricey. We found a McDonald down the street and there were a few other options. Our room was very comfy, spacious, and cozy. WiFi was good! Overall, it was a great stay and I want to go back and stay longer !"
"The decor and staff was excellent!
What I didn’t like was the room wasn’t throughly cleaned….. there was trash and dust under the pull out sofa bed in the room. Also, the walls adjoining rooms are very thin…. I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors were engaged in. From their conversations, to entertainment played on their phones, to their “adult time”."
