Horrible stay
Absolutely the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Crumbs, stains, hair, and dirt everywhere. When we brought concerns to staff, the response was, “Sorry about that.”We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Skip this one.

No king size bed!
My king size room was not available when I checked in. The clerk was rude and refused to adjust my bill. I don’t understand why my request was not honored & I didn’t get the specific size bed I reserved. Unacceptable.

I am sorry that you didn't receive the bed type that you had reserved on your reservation. We did have a couple issues with some of the king rooms we had within the hotel and had to give some guests free upgrades to our one-bedroom suites. I apologize that you didn't like the upgraded room you were given

Breakfast
The breakfast offered was unappealing. More fruit variety would have been nice. If it was one or two nights what was offered was ok. However we were there 5 and so it wasn't. Having the person in charge of it sitting there watching was unnerving.

We ordered 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. 4 guys on a golfing trip. 1 of the rooms had 1 double bed and the hotel was sold out. Had to sleep on the floor. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

For a 4 floor facility I expected an ice machine on all floors. there was a water filling station on floor 3, but you had to go to lobby to get ice. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay.

what was unique about our room was the sewer smell. The toliet trap drain along with the shower drain was dry. The smell was terrible. The man who checked us in was absent when I went to tell him. We left and came back about three hours later and with the fan on in the bathroom the smell was close to gone! The worst part was the so called sofa bed. This is the worst thing possible to sleep on. I allowed my brother to take the bed in the suite and I took the sofa bed... Big mistake. At 7:30 I went down to breakfast I dont know what they started with but the warming trays were already empty was told come back in 15 minutes there will be more put out. Never will I go back to these hotels everything is cheap not a great stay for me. Great parking thou...

Nice new addition to area
Nice to have another hotel option in Oconomowoc. Nice effort at eco-friendliness. Pleasant staff. Nice to have a kitchenette.

Very impressed with the room, very clean, many amenities- med. size frig - dish washer - 2burner elect. stove - coffee maker -iron & board - large TV many channels. Even your name on the TV arriving & going. A couple small problems, the P tech wall unit continually blows over the bed, the body shower, shampoo & conditioner need to be relocated above the shower control, present location is to high & under the shower head.
