"When we checked into our room, the remote for our TV was missing. The best part of our experience, they were in the process of replacing the TVs so we got a new one.
Overall the property is lacking maintenance.
The worst part was the room was not clean, especially the floor. After taking a shower, I had to wash my feet again before putting my socks on. "
"The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Our room was very nice and the beds/bedding were extremely comfortable. We only have two complaints: we were on the third floor and the people above us were walking back and forth LOUDLY most of the night. And the other complaint is that the jacuzzi was not hot, which was disappointing."

The bathroom light was very bright only one light switch for off and on
The room smelled stale.
The bed was very comfortable
The breakfast bar food was very good as the coffee.

"Good front desk staff but how shocked was I to discover a $100 additional charge for my dogs. I did not see that when booking and would encourage you to find a way to link the fact that one searches for pet friendly locations and then show them the fees. And no one mentions the spring winds that made walking outside the doors of this hotel possible. As a person over 80 years of age, it would have been helpful to know the conditions that might affect older persons. The rest of the location was extremely ordinary for no further information on this now."
