"I booked a twin room for a solo trip, but the hotel kindly changed it to a double bed at my request. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The resort is well located, close to the beach, with transport readily available for longer trips. I had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider coming back again."

"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly enough so you found yourself asking for this. Finally there just wasn’t enough cupboard space for clothes when staying for more than a week and no space for the ladies to hang long dresses."

"Very friendly staff. I requested a quiet room and that is what they gave me so I was very pleased. Still with a sea view but at the end of the corridor so a long walk but very little corridor noise. Breakfast selection very good and enjoyed the piano serenade. Very pleased , would come again."

"Subtle changes to common area over the last few years add a more updated feel. The amazing staff are still as attentive and add to the beautiful relaxing atmosphere the resort offers. Highly recommend when with young families (babies), for ease of stay as the villas have everything you could need. "
