after check-out, I have to leave my baggage in the hotel for a while to do my own business, the reception was very nice she let the security guiding me to the storage room.

People at the reception are very unprofessional in particular the reception manager, the one with curly hair, never smiling to the costumer never able to get A positive answer to a request seems like her hobby is to annoy the costumers Despite that there is one night receptionist which is very professional that speaks perfect english and some french which is absolutely amazing and helpful Housekeeping changes bedsheets only every 3 days, and charged me new bed sheets because I had some blood on my bed Also they leave bag trash all day long in the corridors and take 1 hour to change just 4 towels and not even changing the bed .. as an ex hotel worker I have never seen that i am still wondering what takes 2 ladies inside a room for just changing 4 towels? Had to have a talk with the hotel manager to talk about all the negative things about my stay, she was comprehensive but unfortunately my stay was already spoiled There are lots of strange people seating everyday in the lobby and in front of the hotel talking very loud in various middle east language. Overall very low standards hotel, very noisy Indeed, The location is good If you can get a room isolated your stay will be ok, Arcadia hotel definitely needs to improve many points Because with the years the weak points are getting worse. It was probably my last stay there as you can find a much better Quality place for The same price range.

The staff were always curtious and polite and friendly .most of the staff spoke English .it was nice and quiet even though it was peak season .

Good location not far from the beach
Nice hotel but air conditioning only worked in living room so could not sleep in my bedroom as it was too hot

we booked a room with a king bed, but were accommodated to twin bedded room, since there were no availability for king bedded room. they didn't offer an upgrade or to move us to the other room on the other night. there was no hot water in the shower in our room, and as they said, on Saturday at 4 pm no one can fix it! and didn't offer any alternatives! Hotel's parking is not free for the guests, and moreover there was no space for our car, even taking into consideration we informed the hotel in advance we will need it.

It’s the worst hotel ever. Cook rich in the room big or small size. The front desk employees rude . Light is weak in the room ,you cannot even read.they said this what you have paid for . If you check early they will charge fee!!!! Zero customer service. Pictures available upon request

Bad hotel
IT was a bad experience and I do not recommend it to anyone. The hotel appears to be economical but after you book they start to tell you about room categories that do not exist on the booking sites, and they force you to pay for upgrades and other stuff. Not something I wish to go back to in the future and hopefully, it will never be the case.

Nice budget hotel close to the beach & he tram
Nice room, didn't have any windows, but did have a skylight. Also had a mini refrigerator which is a huge plus. I would stay here again

it is a mile and a half from the beach not near.
it has friendly staff at the reception, and the rooms are clean. but it is a no frills place. no amenities, fitness room locked and closed, restaurant doesnt serve food except primitive breakfast.

This Hotel should be rated as a 5 star very good food and breakfast . The over all rating for everything is Excellent. The whole menu is very good especially the summer salad. And salmon. Breakfast is made Fresh for you daily. Thank you so much Johnny

Hotel won't honor prices
Staff charged double for the day that I paid by cash, and it was a debate to get them to honor the Hotels.com booking. Make sure you are paying completely rather than just booking online, because you will be charged extra AND you will get screwed on the exchange rate AND may have to pay international transaction fees. Only one power outlet in room and one in bathroom; bring an adapter to plug in several items into one outlet. Price would be good if they would honor it. I reviewed the OK Odessa much higher despite the fact that the two hotels are both owned by the Mozart Hotel group.

Avoid 6th floor.
I'm sure this was just my room but on 6th floor the ceilings are a bit short. no window but skylight. Not terrible if you don't spend much time in it. Was new and renovated: nice. A few errant hairs on bedspread: ew. Service was not bad but not really up to International standards, more 'eatern european: ok, be a little friendly! I was super tired and tried to nap during day right when i got there but on my floor there is some kind of staff room with a loud doorbell anytime somebody enters. Was super annoying as that blasted bell didn't stop ringing the entire afternoon!

Close to a supermarket for essential items and sea
Hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help, room was always kept clean with fresh towels every day, Scrambled eggs needed more seasoning when cooking (not much taste), would use hotel if in Odessa again

very nice for the price,
the price we paid was very low, so I suspected the room would be very low quality , but it was very clean and nice, and the mattresses were fairly comfortable and everything worked well, I am not sure whether it was a good location but many trolleybuses and buses went by the hotel, when we needed a taxi the hotel staff arranged it, no complaints here, if I go back again I might book it again, but I might find something close to the bus or train station, if I want to travel somewhere else like nikolaev for example, but if I just want to explore Odessa , ill probably just stay there

Nice spacious hotel close to the sea
Stayed at "Marinara" before - horrible. Did not expect much of 'Arcadia", but it is really pleasant renovated hotel 10 minutes from the sea. Same minus for both hotels - not enough toilet paper

Actually a very nice hotel for the price. It was winter so I don't know how close. it is the the beach, The only draw back is that is was a little ways from the center of the city, but taxie ride was fast.

hallo iedereen ,in het begin was het goed ,alleen wil je schone kleren doen duurt drie dagen ,de kamer schoon maken doen ze heel laat in de dag of niet ,wil je vrienden uitnodigen dan moeten ze hun paspoort laten zien ,geen discussie mogelijk ,verder zijn ze wel vriendelijk ,het is hoofdzakelijk de beveiliging doe moeilijk doet ,en schoonmaak is laks ,verder is het een goede keus dicht bij zee en winkels .

Decepção e ofensas por pedir ajuda com malas
Importante entender que este hotel não está interessado em estrangeiros que tem expectativas mínimas de atenção Não se fala inglês e eles têm ocupação de russos e/ ou jovens árabes Muito complicada a atenção e não espere alguém lhe ajudar. Carros não chegam até a porta do hotel... estranho mas verdade Sujeira embaixo das camas Cuidado.

Nice hotel for a nice price
Modern room and shower with enough space. Clean. Comfortable bed. New bed sheets at least every other day during the hot summer days.
