Relaxing weekend
Outstanding service from the moment we checked in. The ladies at reception were very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed as far as amenities. One of my favorite places to stay while in Odesa.

Nice little hotel.
I loved it! The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and it is in a good location. There were grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping outlets within walking distance. There is even a Covid test site next door.

The hotel located in the city center 10 minutes away from the Opera Theatre. Dozens of best restaurants and bars are just walking distance. Amazing sound proof system in the room makes it great for rest and sleeping even though our windows was facing the street. Friendly stuff was very helpful at all the times. Very convenient that you can reach administration via watsapp texting. Everything looks new and very clean. The only flaw was the sizes of beds. As we took the superior double room with 2 separated beds they were way too small, literally for one person lying down, sometimes I felt falling in the middle of the night. Even though the room was very clean and the whole hotel itself the stuff never changed the glasses in our room during all 5 days ( I’ve asked them though). Personal rate would be 4,7/5 of what we expected which is great! Would definitely come back but in a room with a queen size bed.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable in all respects. Bed was very complete. Morning breakfast was very good and filling. Comfortable walking distance to shopping, restaurant, and the Oprea.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area with friendly and helpful staff. My Superior room was spacious and had a balcony. 24 hour bar and room service also useful to have. Only slight downside is pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and only 2 of them. Otherwise I had an enjoyable stay.

Daria and the girls at the front office were amazing. Very pleasent attentive and patient with my requests. I had the superior room with balcony which was spacious and clean. Some amenties are upon request but are available. Location is quiet and almost 10 to 15 minutes walk to the center

Back in Odessa
From the moment you arrive at reception to when you leave you feel welcomed. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Great little restaurant and bar. Room is very comfortable. Wish I could stay here a few more days to rest up after jet lag. Close to great shopping, restaurants, museums and the Opera theatre.

A lovely oasis in Odessa
I enjoyed staying in this spacious, modern and clean room. Very good wifi, a nice desk to work at, a quite street downtown, good electricity sockets, a great shower - even a few English news channels on TV. The staff were very friendly. Just no complaints at all.

As I've said in the past 10 stays here. The personnel that work here make it a great place to stay. Always so very helpful and wanting to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable the breakfast that's included is delicious and filling. The front desk receptionists are always cheerful and friendly, wanting to know if everything is alright and if they can help with anything. Located in City center within walking distance to many fine restaurants, shopping, Opera house coffee shops....the list goes on. We will definitely return many times in the near future.

Great hotel but a few suggestions
Fantastic courteous staff & cleaning people. Strange though seeing the 1 big guy with gut hanging out on computer night & day by the bar. 2 suggestions, made to order egg choices instead of mass produced & dry. Better grade shampoo for a 4*hotel is standard, not a shampoo/bathing gel single bottle. Snacks thruout day would be nice. Employees doing nothing should not be seen by customers. A bit odd.

Would also like to note that breakfasts (buffet) are included in the price of accommodation and all our guests can enjoy freshly cooked line every morning. As we are not the hotel with All Inclusive system, snacks throughout the day are not applicable to our policy. However, having 24/7 restaurant available at the hotel, it is possible to order food all day and night long. Our managing department has held personnel development work to once again improve service quality and all personnel has once again been reminded about job descriptions. All in all, would like to again thank you for all useful notes. They help us become better in hospitality sphere. We will be happy to welcome you in our hotel in the future! I booked a taxi to pick me up at the airport and the fronts desk girl told me to contact Expedia. I arrived there at 3am and they didn’t let me check in early so I had to book a different hotel for one night at 3 am. People don’t want to help you. I stayed there one night and I had to cancel after that because I was angry and dissapointed. They didn’t give me my money back and I had to pay double to stay in a different hotel because they didn’t want to cancel my reservation after all the nightmares that I had to live there. Most of all the staff are not helpful and they are rude.

OUTSTANDING. Great service very friendly and curtious service. The staff was wonderful in all areas. Only a short five block walk from the center of town. It's always comfortable to have a great dinner and to walk it off afterwards . The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. The hotel has been open just over a year and still feels new. Breakfast was included with the room and a very good breakfast indeed. Will definitely return. The people working here make it a great place to stay. I could keep on writing about it however I will not waste your time. It is a must place to stay in Odessa.

Splendid modern hotel
The hotel was perfect for our business trip. It was very comfortable with spacious rooms and large, clean bathrooms. The shower was particularly good. WiFi speeds were exceptional and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our questions and requests. Would recommend this hotel if you stay in Odessa as it is much fresher and more modern than others I have stayed in.

Superb Hotel
Amazing Staff , very helpful - answer every question and help with taxi when needed, speak English The hotel is Superb , NEW , clean , and perfect location - walking distance to center WiFi is excellent and all over the hotel We also walk to beach but it is a little far but worth the walk. .

Loved my time there!
I was there for my honeymoon. Loved my time there. Location is great, walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. If you want to visit the beaches, you can call an Uber, which is very cheap. Other than that, you can walk pretty much everywhere. It's a very professional and welcoming place. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and staff will get out of their way to help you with anything you ask. They speak adequate English. If you ask something, no matter what it is, even if they don't know the answer, they will make a quick research and answer you. They even sent a bottle of Ukranian sparkling wine to our room along with a very nice note when they heard it was my wife's birthday! They don't have an open buffet for breakfast, they have a menu from which you choose what you'd like to have and they prepare it for you. Their menu is quite nice; they have everything from poached eggs & bacon on toast to Belgium waffles, oatmeals etc. But warning for Turkish people: It might not appeal to your taste of "breakfast". Many items on the menu include bacon but you can also choose salmon instead or choose neither and just have an omelette. If I were to visit Odessa again, this place would be my first choice. The only issue for me, a very small issue btw, was that even though they have a nice bar, they didn't have freshly squeezed juices on the menu. They pour it from a carton. And a second glass of your beverage isn't included in the price, they charge extra for that.

Grate place to stay
The hotel is new and stylish enough. The staff is grate services are nice. The room itself is spacious and bright. The location is perfect, walk distance to all places for socializing. The only negative thing was mattress of the bed. Guys have did a lot of grate things in the hotel but this part was not good at all. I could not enjoy the sleep at all. It was really uncomfortable as much as possible. Guys change it please and you will have no negative comments at all. Many thanks for the hospitality!

Great little hotel
Very cozy, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. I loved the beds and I am usually very picky with beds. Perfectly situated just outside of the noisy city center and well within walking distance. Breakfast service during the pandemic needs to be a bit polished, a good tip from me is to take a picture of your order before you hand it over in the evening to lessen the confusion and discussion

Cosy and perfect for visiting Odesa
The hotel it self is very nice, clean and beautifully designed. The big positive is that it’s a smaller and more personal hotel with beautiful rooms in a great location just outside the noisy centre but close enough to walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
