I like the design and the furniture of the room. The room has a decent size compared to one in the US, not jus a bed-size room. The bathrobe was too small, maybe for a skinny guy or a lady, well I have wide shoulders. Overall a great place to be.

OUTSTANDING. From the moment i entered I was treated like a special guest. Reception greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Made me feel at home. The room was great. Very complete bed as was the room. Needed a few extra items that I had forgotten and the housekeeping staff assisted me quickly The hotel is very convenient to shopping and very good restaurants. One nice benefit to the hotel was that it had a smart television. Not that I was in Odessa to watch TV, however in the evening I was able to log into my Netflix and Amazon and watch a movie or two. I highly recommend this hotel whether your there for a day or several weeks. When I return in May 2021 I will be making my reservations at this hotel.

Second night at Wall Street.
Second night here. Very comfortable, great location, service from all of staff from reception, house keeping to Security/doorman is outstanding. Looking to our next trip to Odessa and staying at the Wall Street hotel. The room is very comfortable with all necessary amenities, and if you just want to relax and watch a show or movie the televisions are Smart TV, so you can log into you Netflix or other accounts and watch a show,

GOOD HOTEL
Good and accessible service, centrally located and close to downtown Main Street, the only problem was the air conditioner that didn't work one night and was hard to sleep, a small dining room but excellent service and delicious food.

I really liked this hotel, now I am not sure. I arrived early, the room was not ready so I took lunch and a town tour, arrived two hours after check in time. This isss new hotel, I had a multi night stay here in the past that was very good. This time the room I was assigned had an obvious, foul smell that housekeeping should havd noticed. After almost 2 hours of extra waiting for different cleanings, I just accepted the room despite the lingering smell. This is a boutique hotel, they claimed they had no other rooms and judging by the stressed face of the desk agent, I chose to believe her. She said she would try to get me some acknowledgement in a discount or something else from hotel mgmt, nothing happened. If you want a physically classy, new business style hotel and are willing to take a risk that the hotel staff won’t miss details...this may be your Odessa hotel. I don’t know if I will return

As for your early arrival at the hotel, check-in at our hotel occurs at 2 pm, if you would like to check in earlier, it was worth notifying us about this, the hotel has an early check-in service for a fee. As for the unpleasant smell, sorry for this, as far as I know, you were offered to move to another room, but you refused. Since your last stay, such problems have not arisen. We hope that you will give us another chance and then we will again delight and surprise you with the most comfortable service!

For the most part everything was good but slight sewer odor in bathroom. Complimentary tea was not replaced most days. Most staff struggled with English and TV did not have English speaking news channels.

The hotel facilities , the stuff , the cleanness , all was great ! The only bad is the running water issues in a room, one morning for a several hours and few evenings for like an hour there were no water in a taps, this issue caused a lot discomfort and ruined plans. As for me the hotel stuff couldn't handle the issue properly , they must have a solution for such events (as i understood it happens once in a while) beside telling you to sit and wait for the issue to be solved.

Quiet newer hotel in city center. 2 blocks from active promenade. So, activity is close by without being in the middle of it. Breakfast buffet with option to order eggs, omelet or hot cereal. Great value by U.S. standards. Lacking grand lobby, lobby bar and full service restaurant, if you require those. That said, there’s probably 100 restaurants within a 5 block radius. Clean, quiet and safe.

Outstanding hotel in City Centre
Wall Street is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. Every employee at the hotel focuses on their visitors, they are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It is close to the shopping and entertainment hubs of Odessa, but situated in a quiet, uncongested street.

Amazing Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Wall Street Hotel in Odessa. The rooms were spacious, had a fridge with mini-bar, beds were comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff were all courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Ukraine. Best hospitality experience I've had in years.

Four Stars at bargain price
Excellent property, excellent staff and location. Excellent breakfast included, buffet and order off menu. Lacks certain amenities that some might expect like restaurant (other than breakfast) and room service. There are plenty of restaurants in area. I don't think there was a workout room, or pool. I don't miss these. But, some might.

Great stay in Odessa.
The stay was amazing. Worked with the hotel staff to get flowers delivered to the room prior to arrival and it was fantastic. Staff was always helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and very new. One room had a private terrace, was very nice.

Highly recommended!
As I did my research on hotels in Odessa, I was suspicious of the fantastic reviews that Wall Street hotel has. After staying there for four nights, I think that they are deserved! It's not that everything is perfect, but what they do, they do so well, and the hotel itself is so great! If I had to complain, I'd say that the blackout curtains were not dark enough, the nightstands need to be larger and have drawers, and the television needs have western European languages too. Overall a great place, which I highly recommend!

Ideal for city centre
New hotel so the room was spotless,no instructions for use of safe so had to get house keeping. Staff were so friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. Breakfast was amazing

Over expectation.
New modern place in the heart of Odessa. Nice rooms, nice staff. Good selection in mini bar, even bottles of wine on the room. Big flatscreen with all new functions. They even sent me the missing clothes to Sweden efter houskeeping forgot to deliver my white laundry. This is Ukraine at its best. Try their fillet steak in restaurant, very good! Book this place, a little expensive for Ukraine, but we'll worth the money!

Top notch hotel in Ukraine.
This is for sure the best hotel in Odessa. Rebooked it. Good rooms in and kitchen was good too. A bit expensive, but worth it!

Harika lokasyon, modern bir otel
Otelin konumu harika, görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyonda Alina başta olmak üzere çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, çok teşekkür ederiz:) Odalar temiz ve modern, sadece havalandırmayla ilgili bizim odamız biraz sorunluydu. Zaman zaman yemek kokusu odaya doluyordu, havalandırmayla alakalı iyileştirme yapabilirlerse harika olur. Biz ikinci katta konakladık, birinci katta kalan ailemiz böyle bir problem yaşamamış. Fiyat/performans olarak tavsiye ederim:)
