"Nice staff upon arrival and good coffee. Traveling with two kids and two adults. Adequate room but definitely could use some TLC - shabby/dingy tub tile/caulk, loose faucet in the sink, loose light fixture next to the bed, dinged up walls, stain on carpet. Wasn’t expecting a five-star stay, but there are little things that would class this place up. Also the pool water looked murky and the hot tub was empty (no sign or explanation). The place worked fine for us for the one night we stayed but I was glad we weren’t going to be there longer. "
"Great hotel. Clean room with very nice staff. Great for kids and families. We had a room with a nice view of the lake where the sun sets. They also have tables outside to enjoy food during nice weather. "
"Tiny amount of water in shower no HOT water so couldn’t shower. Random full sized fridge in our room that was not plugged in and smelled horrid inside. It wasn’t needed since we had a mini fridge. It we found in the am our items all frozen. Smelled horrible in our room and we were uncomfortable with even taking our shoes and socks off. When we checked in the attendant said we hadn’t booked a PET room and after some harassment said we would have to pay almost what we paid for the room for the pet on top of our already paid amount on Expedia. Remote for tv had been taped together but it had come open and had to hold it to keep it closed. Horrible experience. Left early in the am after no showers and no breakfast as we didn’t dare due to our experience thus far. 0-of 10 and were usually pretty understanding on most issues. "
"The only things I didn't like were the bed and pillows. Which I guess is pretty important, but the rest was fantastic! Pillows were too big, and bed was too firm. "
