"Do not stay here. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Cleanliness was a major issue from the moment we arrived. The room felt neglected, with visible dirt and an overall lack of proper housekeeping that made it uncomfortable to relax. What truly alarmed me was witnessing a staff member handling food with their bare hands. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene practices raised serious concerns about health and safety. It’s unsettling to think about what goes on behind the scenes if such behavior is visible to guests. To make matters worse, the door to our room was so loose in the frame that we could see daylight through the gaps. Cold air blew in throughout the night, making the room uncomfortable and leaving us questioning the security of the space. It felt unsafe and poorly maintained—something no guest should have to tolerate. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of proper food handling, and a door that failed to provide comfort or security, I cannot recommend this hotel. I strongly suggest management address these problems immediately before subjecting more guests to such a subpar experience."

"The check in was okay. The guy behind the desk was not very friendly. Upon checking in, there was dried urine on the toilet rim and on the floor around the toilet. The air conditioner made a terrible noise. We were 2 days and received no housekeeping service. There was no breakfast either morning, but the sign said breakfast was served and the room was open. The pool and hot tub were no accessible. Every time we walked by the front desk, the guy was just playing on his phone. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets would not stay on. We had a suite with a jetted tub, but the water never got enough to use the tub. I would stay in my car next time before paying money to stay here."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling but they probably shouldn't have put wallpaper near the shower. Morning breakfast was good and well stocked. Plenty of parking."

"Fantastic stay. Clean room, staff were super friendly and helpful, parking was easy, safe and secure. Pet friendly and great food a walk from your door. Highly recommend!!"

"Very basic hotel, very basic hotel room. Pros: spotlessly clean; excellent recliner and desk with properly placed reading lamps (!!!); good breakfast but very little protein; pleasant staff. Cons: not very sound proof doors and walls - I could hear the neighbors TV; little children playing (loudly) in the halls at 10pm and 7am.; be careful in the bathtub, it's really slippery. For the price this is a great place to stay."

"Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. "

"Room.. well, let's see... Hot water was nowhere to be found. Just barely warm enough for a shower. Tv had a huge crack down the middle of it. Microwave was filthy. People were super nice & the room was cheap. "
