As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schon vor der offiziellen Zeit bezugsbereit. Herzlichen Dank. Alle Wünsche wurden möglich gemacht. Personal war beim Nachtessen und Frühstück ausserordentlich freundlich. Schöne Zimmer, einziger negativer Punkt "Teppichboden"!"
