The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

The receptionist who greeted us at check-in was very frosty and curt. The room was good. However, I have never stayed in an hotel before where room cleaning is chargeable. Expecting the room to be serviced daily is a normal requirement

這次入住說三人房單但房內無洗衣機的房型，但是一樓的公共空間各有三台洗衣機和烘衣機，對於不想帶太多衣服出門的家庭很方便～
空間夠大，此外房內有餐具可以使用，它會是我下次再訪福岡的住宿首選。
小小小缺點，就是離博多車站（商圈）有些距離，體感步行回飯店大概需要15分鐘～

"The hotel room was a really good size, had a lot of room to place our luggage out. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location!
