The desk clerk was very unwelcoming. There was a misunderstanding about what parking space was assigned to our room and the desk clerk was condescending and unprofessional in the manner he handled the matter rather than being helpful and apologetic. The room was immaculate. The decor and furnishings was very comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was at best average.

Great room, listing mis-representing
The room was excellent. The listing for the hotel was mis-leading. There is a picture of a stair case leading to the ocean but the hotel is 10km from the ocean. We ordered, paid and ate their cheese and cracker plate on the outside patio. A member of the staff later told us that we should have not left the plate on the table and should bussed it ourselves. The staff member was extremely rude about it. We asked for a late check out and she told us "we don't do that". I then asked another staff member in the am and we had to pay $50 USD for each hour after 10am, (even after the previous staffer fiasco).
