"My wife and I had a room in their loft building — which is a converted wallpaper building from a long time ago. This is very different from the main building, so be aware of this when making a reservation here. Room was spacious and bathroom was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating — especially the teams working the bar and breakfast. While our room was clean, the floor in the hallways needed a thorough cleaning. Also, the elevators in the loft building didn’t respond to the call button when we went to use them. Rather than taking a chance at getting stuck, we used the elevators in the main building and then walked down the hallway that connected the two buildings. Not a big deal — but the staff indicated that this had happened before."
