"It was ok the sheets are itchy and overall our room was really dusty and barely clean there were so many stains on the couch and the sheets and blankets aswell we ended up ditching the hotel and staying somewhere else because we couldn’t stand it"

"We had reserved a king bed, but since we checked in later in the evening, I guess none were available and my wife and I ended up with twin beds instead. Overall, our experience with the front desk staff was mixed — some were very friendly and helpful, while others were not."

"Always love staying at the embassy one of my fav hotels. Although 2 out of the 4 elevators are under maintenance so it was a bit of a wait to get one. Also the bathroom does need a bit of tlc. But overall it was a great stay staff was friendly and did offer parking but at 65 a night but it is convenient."

"The main reason I chose this hotel was that it offered a full kitchen to accommodate my dietary needs. I was very surprised to find that the kitchen was so poorly equipped. I have stayed at other hotels in this chain before and have never encountered a kitchen that was so inadequately supplied. My husband, my teenage granddaughter, and I stayed in a suite with what was advertised as a full kitchen. However, there were only enough dishes even for two people, and the pots were in poor condition—scratched and badly burned. Some of the dishes were still dirty when we arrived. The suite had a two-burner induction cooktop, but one of the burners did not work at all. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but most of the same issues remained, with the exception that the stove was functioning properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay."

"This is not a four-star hotel, as advertised. It's the old Club Quarters with a new name, which means a drab room for a reasonable price, with unhelpful front desks as an added feature. The desk clerk sent me on a wild goose chase looking for a drug store that had been closed at that location for months (at least) and then refused to send me my driver's license, which I left in my room after I checked out. I told them I'd pay whatever it cost to send it to me. But no, I had to arrange for Fedex to pick it up myself. YOu get what you pay for, which isn't much."
