"Every member of staff we encountered was so courteous and pleasant. They tried to accommodate our needs as best as they could whenever we had a request and were overall very helpful and lovely. The kiddie pool was out of commission during our stay and the main pool was unfortunately too chilly to take our toddler into. The cleanliness of the rooms and premises were just okay, I think as to be expected for a 3-star hotel."

"Beautiful historic hotel in an excellent location. Large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good although somewhat pricey. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and town of Glen Falls. This is an excellent alternative to a cookie cutter hotel."
