"We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay here. We only stayed one night for a stopover, but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our only small critique is the reception desk for check in was quite hard to find due to the works being done. Once we found the desk, check in was easy, staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. Dinner in the Ozzo restaurant was fantastic - lovely atmosphere, staff were attentive and food and drinks were delicious. Pool was nice and clean, slightly on the small side. Lots of options for breakfast, hot and cold. Our room was very spacious and the decor throughout the hotel, rooms and restaurants is very nice. Would highly recommend staying here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I travelled with my two boys, and we absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind to my boys and even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The breakfast each morning was excellent with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious food. The location is perfect, just minutes from Efteling. Having a bakery and an ice cream shop right across the street made it even better and was a big hit with my boys. Love that we could buy our tickets at the hotel and got a bit of discount! The hotel also has a welcoming bar, a cozy lounge, and a beautiful patio where we could relax after a fun day at the park. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Efteling or the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again!"

"Staff were amazing. I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!"
