"想像していた以上に音が響きびっくりしました。 ２階に宿泊される方が23時頃チェックインしたようですが、全くなんの配慮もしていないのかドタバタと走り回り、挙句に飛び跳ねたり……25時頃まで続きました。 子供さんがいたら多少は仕方ないと思いますがさすがに酷すぎました。(これは宿側の責任ではないと思いますが…) ２階を予約したかったのですが１階、２階と分かる記載がなかった為、口コミやレビューを見て予想して予約したら見事に１階でした… そしてカーテンが特殊なタイプなので外からまる見えです…どう頑張ってもまる見えです また非常灯が天井に取り付けられているため、一晩中煌々とてらされ寝れたものではありませんでした。 正直今まで色んな所に宿泊させて頂きましたが、ダントツでワースト1です…"

Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. However, there is a 30cm-high step between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area, and this would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues."
