"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...

"Del apartamento no tenemos queja alguna, simplemente que hay varios pisos y hasta que no llegas allí no sabes cuál te ha tocado, y solo se puede subir por escaleras. El spa un poco más mediocre y poco cuidado, restos de arena tanto en la piscina como en los jacuzzis, más de la mitad de los chorros de los jacuzzis no funcionaban, y la cascada de la piscina climatizada tampoco."

"Breakfast was nice. Room was adequate. Staff were nice too. Excellent location for ferry. I asked for a low floor as I cannot use an elevator but I can cope with 1 or 2 flights of stairs, however I didn’t realise low floors were in the basement so i had the lowest floor and many stairs to walk down and up again for restaurant/breakfast/ bar/ parking etc. my fault though, not the hotels. Would stay again."
