Staff is outstanding and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but are dated and in need of remodeling. This location is easily accessible from the lake and was a great stay from our trek around the lake.

Rudest office staff in the world. I know it seems dramatic but it almost seems as if they’re doing something nefarious and the hotel is a cover. Too dangerous and not worth the money. It seems all of these budget type hotels don’t need guests at their properties.

Pros: staff was pleasant; great frig in the room; AC worked well; convenient to Lake Okeechobee. Small Coffee maker in room. Cons: property and room need extensive maintenance and updating. Live roach in bathroom; old stain on sheet. Towels very old in appearance. No breakfast, even simple continental.

No elevator. Sticky front door squeaky, noisy and loud bathroom jam door broken, couldn't close the door for privacy? We couldn't get a non-smoking room. Very unfortunate.

Room was clean and staff very helpful. Housekeeping took our dirty towels, but left no replacements. Supposedly ran out of towela due to washing machine. Eventually we did get replacements. Hot water was just warm. Was OK for price.

Clean the outside and out smoking on one end away from non-smoking. Our tub had hair in it and the corners of the room had crud build-up. The beds were clean. The office smelled of pee and was a junky mess.

I had the pleasure of staying here last year and I was happy to do the same this year. My mom is very ill, so during my stay, I needed to bring her to the hotel with me while my dad took care of daily errands, and the manager was very understanding. Besides the miscommunication in regards to how many towels the housekeeper could provide us with at one given time, my whole experince was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, if I get another opportunity to do so. Great job guys!
