"Great staff and breakfast "

"They did not keep the food stocked for breakfast. When something was empty they did not restocked. So if you weren’t there early they wad not much of a hot food options. They heat in our first room wad not working. They did give use another room. Also the elevator was not working. But we were only on the second floor. . "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast had lots of variety and hours were good. Checkout was at noon, which was really nice! We came in very late after a concert and the hotel had food available in a canteen area. "

"We liked most everything. Th rooms were adequately quiet. A barking dog was across the hall; we asked the front desk to take care of it. They did with 30 min. Good service. "

"The room was extremely clean, spacious, temperature was perfect (because I was able to control it) and the bed was extremely comfortable!! Elevators worked, ice machine worked and the lighting in the room was very calming!! 💕❤️💕 I also want to express my appreciation and thanks to the shift manager, Jenny!! ❤️❤️. Jenny checked on me and addressed any dissatisfaction of a minor concern with compassion, empathy and professionalism!!
