Made a stressful time easier

Everything was so great, and every single employee went above and beyond to help us. There was a water main break nearby, so our second night had issues with there being water… so the employees gave us so much bottled water and made sure we could stay comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very simple, comfy and modern. There is room for improvement on "attention to detail cleaning." Property is close to all forns of shopping and entertainment. Only real complaint was room service waking us up to clean the room we were still occupying at 930 am and also blaring music from adjacent rooms while cleaning.

The quality of the stay was poor… room had marks all of the walls and was in need of a deep clean. This would be the case for the entire hotel. I would have thought I was staying at a motel not a hotel… very low budget. The cost of the stay should have offered more amenities such as an iron in the room and continental breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel/motel to any one.

Great hotel Great check in staff Check out staff wasn’t as helpful Doors slamming shut from 430am-7am consistently. They need to put door stoppers to keep the doors from slamming as people come and go. Great hotel other than the loud noise from doors.

We had an issue with our bathroom door, not being able to open. My girlfriend got stuck inside the bathroom when I told the staff about it the next day she didn’t really seem to care and offer us anything. Also in the morning the trash was completely full in the common area.

Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to help us or anyone that asked questions. The gym was not very clean it needed a vacuuming and a wipe down. There were no disinfectant wipes so when we were done we couldn’t even wipe anything off. Pros: The lady that worked at the bar was nice and always greeted us she was way more friendly than the other two. The gym was nice and the equipment was in working order and there were many options. The room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap from Dry Bar so that was nice.

I was attending a wedding but it felt like a mini vacation because of my stay at the Aloft Hotel. It’s a new building and the staff was excellent!! I felt safe being in a room alone because everyone was so friendly. I had a great time and I’m looking forward to coming back. I truly recommend this hotel.

Friendly service and easy perks

The Aloft at Quail Springs is so welcoming. Easy to book, contact and Easy to check in Secure, Modern, but most of all hospitality. Hands down the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in. We have our friends and family come to hang out at the swimming pool or inside by the games and wonderful bar.
