Door keys didn't work and I was locked out of the room three hours before check out time or at least that's when I tried the keys and found out. This is a big no no! Gotta get that fixed. Also, you should always have coffee to go in the lobby to send us on our way bright eyed and refreshed.

I feel like the front desk gal may have judged me a little bit. I had just driven 14 hours from Fort Wayne and was looking like I had been in the car for 14 hours when I arrived. I feel like she looked at me differently because I didn’t come with a beautiful bow on my head, but I could be wrong.

Plenty of eating options in the area. First room assigned was right next to elevator and there was a constant noise from that area of the room next to bathroom and adjacent to the bed. Front desk moved us. The bathroom was clean but tub only in fair condition.

Both Expedia and This hotel messed up my reaervation. My whole afternoon was ruined on a saturday. Terrible exerience and the Hotel manager cluld have fixed it all but rather chose the double booking and free money over a guest. It was unreal, Mariot should look into their practices this highly unethical decisio. Ruined my vacation 100%. Experiean did reburse the reservation so incluld book elswhere. Complelty and utterly dissappoinyed, too bad you cant issue NEGATIVE stars.

Where to begin. From the time I got there to the time I left there was a dead roach in the lobby. First room I entered 138 dog hair all in the bed talk to guy at front desk get room 140 human hair in bed shower dirty snot tissue in the drawers how hard is it to clean? Never again

The Front Desk Manager, Jeana Vorakoth, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When we encountered an issue with our original room due to someone smoking in it, Jeana promptly and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our well-being made a significant difference in our stay. I came here specifically because the OKC MEPs sent my Navy recruit son here…the area is loaded with restaurants and a mall…15 min from downtown…the room is big! Is it new and a modern feel…no but a solid 7-8 out of 10…great value for the money. Indoor pool that was nice and a workout room that’s good enough to get some work in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I had a key issue. Would definitely stay here again.
