It was perfect for our need. The only complain that we have are the people occupying the 2nd floor. They were making too much noise early in the morning around 0400 waking us up.

The studio itself was excellent as was the communication. However clearly the insulation and noise control ceiling was terrible. We were able to hear everything and I do mean everything from the unit upstairs. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I won’t stay there again unless I m the one in the unit upstairs, selfishly.
